This explains how Find Trade Help uses information in its website, marketplace, business workspace, and optional ChatGPT connection. For privacy requests, contact netterkuser01@gmail.com.

Information we use

  • Account information: verified sign-in email, account identifier, name, selected role, membership status, and records of permissions you give.
  • Business information you enter: contact details, service area, services, introduction, website links, quote templates, team membership, and work records such as estimates, jobs, receipts, invoices, and uploads.
  • Project information: descriptions, photos, approximate location, bids and saved terms, plus the customer contact information needed to arrange accepted work.
  • Technical information: requests, errors, IP addresses and browser information processed by hosting and sign-in providers for delivery, security, and troubleshooting. We do not currently run advertising pixels, session-replay tools, or optional visitor analytics.

What other people can see

A business profile is private until its owner publishes it. Publishing makes its listed services, introduction, location, website links, business contact email, and phone publicly visible. Business owners control team access to their workspace. Quote templates and internal job records are not part of the public profile.

Posted project summaries and approximate locations can appear on the project board. Eligible bidders can access project details and photos. Dedicated customer name, contact, and exact-address fields are released to the selected contractor after the customer accepts an offer. Information you put in a description or photo is part of that shared content, so do not put private details there.

Why we use it

We use information to sign you in, save and display your chosen records, match project access to your role, process your requests, administer eligible membership, investigate problems, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. Submitting a form is not consent to unrelated marketing or automated promotional calls or texts.

Service providers and optional connections

  • Clerk provides account authentication and authorized sign-in connections such as Google.
  • Vercel hosts the application and private file storage; Turso stores application records.
  • OpenAI processes selected information when you choose an AI feature. Template drafting sends the saved business name, trade, service description, and work arrangements. Estimating can include the selected scope and photos, confirmed estimate lines, saved material prices, and summaries of completed jobs and labor from that same business with the required permission; dedicated customer contact fields are excluded. Do not put sensitive information inside a template or scope sent to AI.
  • Connecting ChatGPT and enabling a business allows OpenAI’s ChatGPT to read that business’s profile and saved quote-template text. Uploaded templates, customer records, bids, internal costs, and payments are excluded from this connector. Turn off the business grant in access settings and disconnect the plugin in ChatGPT to stop future access. This does not delete information already in a ChatGPT conversation; manage that through ChatGPT’s controls.
  • Payment providers may process payment information when a separately authorized paid feature is available. Live platform charges are currently disabled. We do not ask you to send full card numbers by email or form.

We share information with providers as needed to deliver these features, with recipients you choose, and when legally required or reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context advertising. Adding a website or Google Business Profile link does not grant us access to that account’s email, calendar, or reviews. External links are not embedded account connections.

Cookies, drafts, and retention

See Cookies & browser storage for sign-in storage and temporary project drafts. Application records are retained while needed to provide your account and work history. When you request deletion, we review what can be removed and explain records that must remain for security, disputes, billing, or legal obligations. Backups may retain copies until they expire through the provider’s retention cycle. We do not promise immediate deletion from every backup or from another user’s saved business records.

Your choices and requests

You can edit your profile, unpublish it, manage team permissions, decline optional AI features, and revoke business access for ChatGPT. Email support to request access, correction, export, deletion, or account closure. We may ask for information needed to verify ownership; do not send passwords or identity documents unless specifically needed through an appropriate channel. Available legal privacy rights depend on where you live and which laws apply. You may contact support about a decision on your request.

Security, children, and changes

We use access controls and encrypted transport, but no service can guarantee perfect security. Report suspected disclosure promptly. This service is intended for adults, not children under 18; contact us if a child’s information was submitted. Providers may process data in the United States and other locations where they operate. Material changes to this policy will be identified by an updated effective date and notice where required.
