Posting a project and creating a basic business profile are free. The founding offer does not require a card and does not automatically become a paid subscription. Live Find Trade Help membership charges are currently disabled, so there is no platform purchase to refund when you use these free features.
Platform charges and billing errors
If you believe Find Trade Help charged you incorrectly, contact netterkuser01@gmail.com with your account email, charge date, amount, and receipt or transaction reference. Do not send a full card number, security code, password, or bank login. We will investigate duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrect platform charges and arrange a correction or refund where appropriate or legally required. A request is not an automatic approval, and your statutory rights remain intact.
Before paid membership is enabled, the purchase screen will show the price, billing interval, renewal consent, cancellation method, and applicable refund terms. You must separately authorize a paid subscription. The standard planned price is $100 per month; free access alone does not authorize it.
Canceling membership
Free access requires no billing cancellation. If you have an authorized subscription, use the cancellation control in your membership area or contact support for help. Check the resulting subscription status. Cancellation of future renewal is separate from a refund for a past charge. Do not rely on closing a browser tab, deleting a shortcut, or disconnecting ChatGPT to cancel billing.
Payments to contractors
Find Trade Help does not currently collect or hold customer project payments. Agree directly with your contractor on deposits, changes, cancellation, workmanship issues, and refunds before authorizing the work. Contact the contractor and the provider that processed your payment about a job payment dispute. We can investigate platform records, but cannot promise a contractor will refund a payment or reverse funds we do not hold.
Promotions and future paid features
A request to promote a business does not purchase an advertisement. Any paid placement requires a separate written agreement with its price and cancellation terms. Future payment features will have their relevant terms displayed before purchase. Nothing here limits a refund or cancellation right provided by applicable law.
