These terms cover Find Trade Help’s website and business workspace, including its optional ChatGPT connection. Please read them before creating a workspace or posting a project. Questions can be sent to netterkuser01@gmail.com.
Who can use the service
You must be at least 18 and authorized to use the account and request the work you describe. Business owners must have authority to represent the business. Team members need an invitation and may use only the access their owner grants. Keep your sign-in secure, provide accurate details, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
Our role and your agreement with a contractor
Find Trade Help helps customers post projects and businesses prepare bids and manage work. We are not the contractor performing your job, a licensing authority, an insurer, or an escrow service. A profile, membership, or accepted bid is not a verification of qualifications, insurance, safety, or workmanship.
Before accepting work, the customer and contractor should confirm identity, applicable licenses, insurance, permits, scope, exclusions, schedule, price, taxes, payment terms, cancellation, and warranties. Accepting a bid records the selection and saved job terms and releases contact details to the selected contractor. It does not charge a card. The parties are responsible for their job agreement and any changes to it.
Fees, founding access, and cancellation
Customer project posting and basic business setup are free. The founding offer provides 90 days of eligible access to the first 100 qualifying businesses without a card. Availability and the start date are shown when claiming access. Free access does not automatically turn into a charge.
The standard membership price is $100 per month when paid membership is enabled and separately chosen. Live membership charges are currently disabled. Any future paid offer must show the price, renewal terms, and cancellation information before you authorize it. See Refunds & cancellation. Contractor project payments and refunds are separate from platform membership.
Content and acceptable use
You retain your rights to your content. You give Find Trade Help permission to store, process, and display it as needed to operate the features you choose, including displaying a profile you publish or sharing a project with eligible bidders. Upload only material you have permission to use. Remove sensitive information from project photos and descriptions before posting.
Do not submit fake reviews, false qualifications, misleading claims, illegal or discriminatory requests, harassment, malware, stolen material, or someone else’s private information without authority. Do not try to access another business’s records, evade safeguards, scrape private records, or disrupt the service. Promotional relationships, sponsorships, and common ownership must be disclosed when presenting endorsements.
Optional AI and connections
AI features can produce incorrect or incomplete drafts. Review prices, measurements, scope, qualifications, and safety information yourself before relying on a draft. AI output is not an engineering design, safety instruction, legal opinion, or a promise of revenue or work.
The ChatGPT connection reads only the business profile and saved quote-template text for businesses their owner enables. It cannot send quotes, accept jobs, change records, or access payments. You can turn off business access in ChatGPT access settings. Other providers have their own terms and privacy practices.
Availability, moderation, and closing an account
We may correct errors, change features, or restrict content or accounts for misuse, security concerns, or legal requirements. We cannot promise uninterrupted access, any number of bids, particular earnings, or a contractor’s performance. Keep copies of important business records. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken or want to close your account.
Problems and your legal rights
Contact support with the relevant project or account reference so we can investigate a platform problem. Contact your contractor about workmanship, job cancellation, or a payment made directly to them. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights, remedies, warranties, or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. These terms do not require arbitration or waive your right to report a concern to a regulator.
Changes
We publish the effective date above. We will provide notice of material changes and request renewed acceptance where appropriate. A policy change does not itself authorize a new charge or broader AI access.
